Discover the latest innovations of the Ser.Tec. group at Visiva 2022!
Three days, from 14 to 16 July, where to see and test new equipment such as Digiscreen EVO and Eagle UV 70 R or industrial DTF solutions.
Eagle UV Led digital printers are very versatile and allow print directly on almost all materials. However, there are particular cases where, due to the shape of the object, direct digital printing is not possible, in this case the DTF UV technology allows the creation of transfers that can be applied to very irregular objects. The procedure consists in printing on a special film with glue and then applying a second film to the print with a calender.
Ser.Tec. group has created a customized roll to roll printer based on Eagle, demonstrating how versatile this line of printers is.
The upcoming Visiva 2021 from 16 to 18 June, will be the opportunity to see Ser.Tec's UV Led printers live with the possibility of carrying out targeted and customized tests.
Ser.Tec. announces Visiva 2021, four days (16, 17, 18 and 19 June) in which it will be possible to see and test live the printers and equipment offered by Ser.Tec and discover the numerous innovations including the new DTF printing technology and the new digital printers Digiscreen S and I-DTG 2.
Ser.Tec. presents Digiscreen S, the new solution to integrate digital printing in screen printing carousels.
To ensure high quality and productivity, the Digiscreen S digital printer is equipped with Ricoh Gen 5 industrial print heads. The modular design of the machine allows to mount from 2 to 8 heads ensuring high productivity up to 200 pieces per hour.
Despite the difficult period dictated by the pandemic, Ser-Tec continues the development of digital and screen printing solutions. The latest addition is the print line Hybrid materials such as ceramic, metal and glass: industrial printer "The Eagle 70 Hybrid" with belt loading and pre-heaters, mounted in line with the oven "FT Radiant" radiant, equipped with a metal mesh belt that guarantees greater capacity and less wear, especially with materials such as ceramics and metals.
