UV Led Inks

The UV Led printing uses inks developed specifically to start the polymerization with ultraviolet light and not with heat, widening the field of application to all thermosensitive materials that otherwise would not be possible to print.

The Eagle printers have two UV Led lamps positioned on the sides of the head, thanks to which the polymerization starts already in the printing phase with the material immediately ready for use without further waiting or processing.

Print even on heat sensitive materials

With UV technology is not needed to heat the materials to start the polymerization, allowing the printing of new materials such as plastics, leather, membranes, etc.

Particular effects with gloss

Eagle's UV Led inks are also equipped with gloss that can be paintet on some parts of the graphics for glossy impact effects.

The high quality of the inks combined with the great accuracy of the Eagle printers allows you to achieve photographic quality on most media

High durability

The prints with UV Led inks are very resistant to scratches and abrasions and they do not fear the bad weather. It is therefore possible to create products suitable for outdoor environments with long durability
