Eagle Hybrid customized for roll to roll printing

Ser.Tec. group has created a customized roll to roll printer based on Eagle, demonstrating how versatile this line of printers is.

The printing station consists of an Eagle Hybrid 70 equipped with special reactive inks requested by the customer, while at the side there are the supports for the unwinding and rewinding of the reel tapes.
The printer is in fact equipped with a feeding support for the reels with tensioning systems and a final rewinding station, making it completely automatic in its operation.
A precise system of rollers takes care of the advancement of the ribbons while the guides on the printing table ensure their position.
On the software side, the WhiteRIP professional RIP thanks to its Template function allows rapid positioning of the images on the 5 tapes, eliminating positioning errors with consequent savings in time and material.
