Ser.Tec. announces Visiva 2021, four days (16, 17, 18 and 19 June) in which it will be possible to see and test live the printers and equipment offered by Ser.Tec and discover the numerous innovations including the new DTF printing technology and the new digital printers Digiscreen S and I-DTG 2.
Digiscreen S is the solution to integrate digital printing in screen printing carousels. To ensure high quality and productivity, the Digiscreen S digital printer is equipped with Ricoh Gen 5 industrial print heads. The modular design of the machine allows to mount from 2 to 8 heads ensuring high productivity up to 200 pieces per hour. Digiscreen S integrates perfectly with any type of screen printing carousel and allows you to apply the particular effects of screen printing (flock, foil, glitter) to digital prints, all in a single production process.
The new DTF technology is a completely digital system for the production of transferts: with a single completely digital step it is possible to obtain professional transferts. The system developed by us consists of two main elements, namely a special printer equipped with new inkjet heads to have high-level definition and production and an automatic dusting system with dryer to spread the powder glue and rewind the prints on the reel. The DTF 400 system is able to print on film in sheets up to A3 format or reels up to 29cm, while DTF 600 equipped with double print head and 60cm light is suitable for high production rates. Both printers are equipped with proprietary WhiteRIP professional RIP software, developed for DTF printing with features such as optimized white level generation, halftoning effect generation, printing cost and ad-hoc profiles for DTF inks.
The new I-DTG 2 is a digital textile printer equipped with two independent 40x50cm print pallets and two print heads with performances reaching a maximum of 90 shirts per hour on light garments and 80 shirts per hour on dark garments. The heads of I-DTG 2 are designed for printing on fabric and can be configured in double four-color or four-color + white. To avoid sedimentation, the white ink is constantly under recirculation, always keeping it well mixed.
