Three days, from 14 to 16 July, where to see and test new equipment such as Digiscreen EVO and Eagle UV 70 R or industrial DTF solutions.
Digiscreen EVO is the new solution of Ser.Tec. for digital printing in large volumes. Digiscreen EVO consist of an automation for the handling of the garment to be printed at two printing and drying stations. The two printing station consist of Digiscreen S printer,one for white printing and one for color printing. The printing stations are equipped with Ricoh Gen 5 heads to ensure high productivity and photo printing quality.
Eagle 70 R is the new medium-format digital printer of the Eagle line with a print area of 700x1500mm and a maximum printing height of 250mm. Unlike the previous models Eagle 70 R mount up to 8 Ricoh Gen5 industrial printheads which guarantee greater print speed and quality. The colors available for Eagle 70 R are CMYK, White and Glossy, as an optional it is possible to mount a suction table and the system for printing on round objects. The modular design of the machine allows adding print heads to increase print speed.
The printing system DTF 400 consisting of a digital printer and a duster with oven and rewinder. With DTF 400 it is possible to print on film in A3 format sheets or on reels . Roll printing allows you to automate the application of the glue and the subsequent passage in the oven with a considerable saving of time.
The printing system DTF 300 Fast consisting of a digital printer and a duster with oven and rewinder. With DTF 300 Fast it is possible to print on film in reels up to 30cm width. The printer is equipped with 2 print heads with 6 channel each. This allows for faster printing speed while maintaining at the same time a high quality making the printer suitable for production. Roll printing allows you to automate the application of the glue and the subsequent passage in the oven with a considerable saving of time.
