UV Industrial Series
EAGLE R360 UV LED is a UV LED printer designed for direct printing on cylindrical and conical objects such as bottles, thermoses, cans, cosmetic bottles, and glasses. The printer can print on a wide range of materials, including glass, paper, wood, plastic, metal, and stainless steel. Full-color 360° printing is achieved rapidly and with high definition through eco-friendly UV-LED technology.
The "shuttle" system for quick loading reduces operational times and provides greater flexibility in printing operations. The modular positioning system reduces setup times, allowing swift adaptation for daily multi-setting. The innovative material positioning concept with a tiltable guide simplifies the adjustment of conical materials.
Icaro and WhiteRip software offer advanced tools for file setup and ripping, enabling precise control of parameters such as colors, jetting, motor speed, calibrations, rotation speed, LED lamp optimization, resolution, ink system, printhead heating, and recirculation.

Ricoh G5 printheads allow to have a better quality compared to regular printheads.
Dedicated software RIP
WhiteRIP is the professional printing software developed by EV Network s.r.l that has specific function for UV and industrial printing to increase output and reduce preparation time like inline printing, template management and glass mode.
Optional double print head
Thanks to the proprietary multihead technology it is possible to manage 2 independent printheads, increasing the printing speed without affecting the quality.
